We built Woff to remove friction from sharing ideas. Create a space instantly, share a URL or QR code, and collaborate in real-time.
Basic sharing does not require signup. Send the full invitation only to intended recipients. A private note belongs to its creator; it is not a password-protected recipient document.
We're just getting started — expect frequent improvements and a growing set of building blocks for your documents.
The problem Woff is designed to remove
Most sharing tools begin by asking where a file should live, who owns the workspace, and which permissions apply. Those are important questions for permanent work, but they are unnecessary for many everyday handoffs.
One space, several kinds of context
A Woff space can hold plain messages, rich notes, images, drawings, videos, and files in one chronological view. That makes it useful when a screenshot needs an explanation or a file needs a quick instruction.
Built for short-lived collaboration
Woff prioritizes a fast start and an easy handoff. Treat it as a temporary communication surface, and move durable or sensitive work into the appropriate long-term system.
Current sharing and retention limits
Copy the full invitation supplied by Woff. It grants access to the room and can be forwarded. A note has one editing owner; private notes are creator-only. Standard rooms expire after 48 hours without activity. Pro pilot rooms, where available, have a fixed 7- or 30-day expiry, and activity does not extend that deadline. Keep a local copy of anything you need later. See help and pricing for current limits and availability.
