About Woff Space
Woff is for instant file sharing, not cloud storage. Send files between devices or to other people, and keep your own copy of anything you need.
The Mission
Woff makes a small handoff easy: a file, its explanation, and a link the recipient can open. Basic sharing stays available without signup. Optional sender accounts and professional tools support people who repeatedly deliver work to clients.
Zero Friction
Start basic sharing without signup. Recipients do not need an account. Sender accounts are optional for managing owned rooms across devices.
Deliberate Sharing
Share the invitation with intended recipients. Room and note pages are not indexed by search engines; links and temporary codes still need to be kept private.
Temporary Spaces
Shares are temporary. Download files and save notes outside Woff before they expire.
How We Handle Your Data
Files and notes are held to make sharing possible. Non-Pro spaces expire after 48 hours without new or edited content. Opening a room or downloading files does not reset the timer. Once a space expires, it is no longer available to open and its content is scheduled for permanent deletion.
Chrome extension uploads expire 48 hours after upload, even if the room stays active or is Pro. Pro handoff rooms have a fixed 7- or 30-day expiry. Activity does not extend that deadline. Download everything you need before expiry; Woff is not permanent storage or a backup. Keep your originals or download a copy to your device.
